Description:
Our client is currently seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for preventative maintenance contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, facility managers, and property owners
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate customer needs and present tailored maintenance solutions
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
• Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging HVAC/R technologies

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, maintenance programs, and energy efficiency benefits
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
