Chandler Air is a residential service company specializing in Heating & Air and has been in business for over 40 years. We have a tradition of treating our customers like family and we depend on building our business one referral at a time like we have since 1982. We are looking to bring on a HVAC technician into our HVAC Installs Department. We are looking for full-time members to be on our team. No experience required, but experience provides for higher pay and leadership opportunities. We will train you on the job with paid training included. We have a training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. Full time year round work, and we do not lay off or furlough. This is a professional business.
The primary duties of a Service Technician are to perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems. Troubleshooting various residential systems and diagnosing repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed.
