We are looking for a motivated and aggressive Part Time Hotel Sales Manager to increase Guest Room Block revenue. Must be comfortable with the challenge of speaking on the phone with potential companies as well as outside sales calls with creative ways to bring back previous business as well as new business. Responsibilities: • Direct sales for guest rooms and room blocks • Outside sales calls required to local companies • Receiving inbound sales calls • Showing guest rooms to Corporate Groups • Liaison between guests and hotel staff • Represent Hotel at the Chamber of Commerce • Parking Lot shops • Working with Corporate Sales Manager on Event Viewings as well as day-of-event contact Qualifications: REQUIREMENTS: • MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HOTEL SALES EXPERIENCE • Must have a reliable vehicle • Highly motivated individual to increase Guest Room Block revenue • Professional appearance and conduct • Social Media Skills • Able to research companies for potential business • Must be comfortable with outside sales calls & cold-calling companies • Hourly rate plus commission About Company: Our Wyndham property is in the center of the business district of Warner Robins.
