About the Job:
Summary:
Efficiently process material while maintaining a professional level of customer service and complying with the company, local, State and Federal regulations. Must be willing to travel.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heavy equipment.
- Load material on and off trailers.
- Treat all customers and staff with courtesy and respect.
- Check all lubricants and fluid levels on all equipment.
- Keep equipment clean and in proper working condition.
- Report any equipment maintenance issues immediately.
- Process, package, shear and/or bale material in a timely manner as per company specifications.
- Report all accidents, injuries or incidents to the manager immediately.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 1-5 years of work experience (heavy equipment operator).
- Exceptional time management.
- Professional manner and strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at a time.
- Communicate with others and exchange accurate information.
- Safely operate heavy equipment.
- Ability to safely enter and exit all equipment.
- Requires working outside in all weather conditions.
