Job Description

We are seeking a driven, strategic and technically savvy Head of Revenue Analytics (Data & Finance) for a rapidly growing global technology company in greater Boston.

Team / Position / Company highlights:

• Highly visible position – role will collaborate with SVP of Finance, CFO, Data, Engineering, Operations & Executive leadership.
• Rapidly growing technology (SaaS) company with a variety of brands in leadership positions in their markets.
• Seeking a leader with proactive “get it done mentality” to build out the Revenue Analytics function. The company presently uses several consultants (PM, offshore Revenue Analytics specialists, etc.) for the initial stages of this rollout. This role would oversee the resources + build out a team in-house.
• Immediate projects include building out SaaS revenue metrics (such as: ARR, ACV, TCV, NRR, ARPU), evaluation and possible revamp of performance metrics, reports, dashboards and models; developing in depth understating of company’s data structure, business process and data flow as it pertains to revenue; partnering with finance and commercial teams in analyzing and acting on levers to drive company’s revenue performance
• Excellent hybrid flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office for “value added” initiatives)

Qualifications:

1) 12+ years of relevant experience

2) Desire & ability to link revenue data and analytics to business strategy, financial performance, and operations to drive impact is highly desired.

3) Understanding big data processing, MIS, business transformation and process improvement mindset is helpful.
