Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking skilled Fire Extinguisher/Suppression Inspector to join our team of over 1,000 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry, in Tulsa Oklahoma.
Responsibilities:
· Performs shop service and/or field inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire equipment which may include customer portable fire extinguishers (Stored pressure, cartridge operated, CO2, Wheeled Units, etc). Fire System Hood Inspector and Installation.
· Completes all documentation that is computer based associated with inspection and repair in a timely manner.
· Conducts visual inspections and system functional tests of various systems and equipment for the purpose of reporting any deficiencies and recommendations to customer.
· Maintains work area and other areas in a clean and orderly condition.
· Performs basic maintenance and care of assigned vehicle and/or trailer.
· Assists others as needed.
Requirements
Required Licenses or Specific Training:
-Training will be provided. This position is a starting point to grow in the industry and begin to develop knowledge for all aspects of fire & life safety
- Must have valid driver's license and pass test for State Fire Extinguisher License(s)
-Must have clean background
