We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance and insurance sales, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. • Conduct consultative interviews to determine customer financing needs and payment options
• Work closely with customers to present financing and insurance options that meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and insurance providers.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding financing and insurance.
• Analyze and report on F&I performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for financing and insurance transactions.
• Collaborate with sales managers to enhance the customer experience and increase profitability.
• Establish and exceed targeted product sales goals
• Maintain extensive product knowledge
• Maintain a high customer service score

Qualifications:

• College degree in Business Management, Finance, Sales, or a related field preferred
• 2-3 years sales and/or finance experience in automotive industry preferred
• Previous management experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent communicative and consultative skills
• Proven success in the sales arena
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record required
