If **Field Reimbursement Manager** sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!  **Responsibilities for a Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:** + Provide support on reimbursement issues such as Benefit Investigations, Prior Authorizations, Claims, and Appeals + Deliver payer landscape education and training (onsite and remote) to healthcare providers and staff + Serve as the main point of contact for field-level support within assigned geography + Coordinate site visits, provider education, and manufacturer-led training + Maintain documentation of benefit investigation outcomes and report status updates **Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:** + Bachelor's degree required + At least 8 years of healthcare reimbursement experience + Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans + Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy models + Background in field reimbursement, biologics coordination, nursing, sales, or PA support + Ability to travel 80% within Alabama, western Georgia, Pensacola, and western Tallahassee + Must pass background and MVR check; valid driver's license required + Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills **What's in this Field Reimbursement Manager position for you?** + Pay: **$** 60.10/hour + Shift: **Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm** + 100% Remote - Must reside in **Alabama (Huntsville, Birmingham, or Mobile)** + Weekly paycheck + Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter + Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses This **Field Reimbursement Manager** position is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
