Steadfast Contractors Alliance is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fertilizer amp; Pest Control Technician to join our landscape maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, understands plant health, and takes pride in keeping properties green, healthy, and pest-free.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides safely and accurately
Diagnose and treat turf, tree, and shrub issues
Maintain detailed records of treatments and product usage
Monitor property conditions and report any concerns to supervisors
Operate and maintain application equipment
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Qualifications:
Experience in fertilizer and/or pest control application (landscape or agriculture)
Knowledge of safe handling and proper use of chemicals
Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record
Florida pesticide applicator license preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
