14204– Executive Administrative Assistant (Onsite) – Juno Beach, FL

Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 5 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work.

Required:
• Experience with calendar, meeting, and travel management for executive-level support.
• Experience with event coordination, including agenda preparation, logistics, and action tracking.
• Experience with communication and liaison activities between internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with expense reporting, purchase orders, and budget tracking while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities :
• Conduct moderate to complex operational analyses that support informed decision-making within the business unit;
• Lead medium to large special projects;
• Apply standardized tools and techniques for quantitative and qualitative research;
• Develop reports;
• Provide Executive Assistant and Personal Assistance support;
• Assist with business analysis work, including PowerPoints, Word, and email
