Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will act as a gatekeeper and problem solver—handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks with discretion and professionalism.

Duties

•Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
•Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
•Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
•Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events; manage agendas and take minutes when necessary.
•Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
•Monitor and manage email communications and follow up on action items.
•Assist with project management and execution of strategic initiatives.
•Maintain filing systems and office organization.
•Support other administrative team members as needed.

Requirements

•Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
•Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
