What You'll Do as an Events Assistant:

Assist in planning and coordinating events from start to finish
Work closely with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless execution
Set up and break down event spaces, making sure every detail is picture-perfect
Greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere
Handle logistics, from schedules to supplies, keeping everything running smoothly
Jump in to solve challenges on the fly and keep the energy high

What We're Looking For in an Events Assistant:

A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
Previous event planning or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required!)
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure
A love for organization and a knack for problem-solving
Willingness to be hands-on and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
Reliable, punctual, and ready to bring enthusiasm to every event
