Job Description

1. Former experience in government foreign affairs departments, international organizations, or 3+years of established connections in European political or economic sectors.
2. Deep understanding of European political ecosystems; prior success in cross-border projects is preferred.
3. Excellent social skills, crisis management awareness, and cross-cultural negotiation capabilities.
4. Proficiency in English; fluency in German, French, or other European languages is a plus.
5. Adaptability to flexible collaboration models, including short-term travel or virtual meetings aligned with European time zones. 1.Leverage networks in European governments and international organizations to maintain and expand overseas political relationships.
