Position : Epic Ambulatory Analyst
Location : Remote

Duration : 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document current and future state workflows for ambulatory care settings.
Configure and maintain Epic Ambulatory modules including SmartSets, SmartTools, Navigators, Flowsheets, and Order Transmittals
Manage break/fix tickets, enhancement requests, and new build activities
Participate in Epic upgrade cycles, including testing, validation, and go-live support
Collaborate with trainers to develop and deliver end-user education and personalization support
Lead small to medium-sized projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review
Provide on-call support and troubleshoot issues during off-hours as needed
Maintain documentation for build activities and system configurations to support cross-coverage and continuity

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
Epic Ambulatory certification (required within 6 months of hire)
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or 1 year supporting technology systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional Epic modules such as ASAP, MyChart, Beacon, or Care Everywhere
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Prior experience in Epic go-live support and optimization projects
