Your Impact as a Clinical Technician II (PCT):
As a Clinical Technician II, you’ll bring your CNA skills to the next level with advanced clinical training. You’ll play a hands-on role in patient care, working side by side with nurses, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate care. In this role, you won’t just support patients—you’ll help them feel seen, safe, and cared for at every stage of their health journey.
What You’ll Do:
Provide personal care and comfort measures to patients.
Monitor vital signs, equipment, and patient conditions.
Perform bedside glucose monitoring, EKG tracings, and phlebotomy.
Insert IVs and Foley catheters; accurately measure and document intake and output.
Be a trusted, caring presence for patients and families during their hospital stay.

What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or GED.
Current CNA certification in the District of Columbia .
American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
At least 2 years of CNA experience.

Salary Range: Minimum 21.44/hour - Maximum 33.24/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
