Job Description

A large law firm in Boston with multiple locations across the northeast is looking for an E-Billing Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the firm’s e-billing operations. The manager will serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments.

This role will be on site 5x per week.

Salary for this role can get up to $110k depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of e-bills
• Manage the entire e-billing cycle, including invoice generation, review and distribution
• Maintain accurate billing records
• Supervise the billing team
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Client relationship management
  
  

Qualifications

• Elite 3e billing software required
• Strong understanding of legal billing practices and client guidelines
• Exceptional communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate with attorneys and clients
