Disney Theatrical Group is currently seeking a passionate self-starter for a summer internship in the Marketing Department . This role is part of DTG’s Creative Services team within the marketing department and focuses on developing digital media for various platforms. The Digital Design Intern will work on projects supporting DTG’s Broadway and North American Tour productions.
This internship is a full-time commitment in the NYC, New York area from May 27, 2025 - August 8, 2025 . A cover letter is required for the Disney Theatrical Group Creative Marketing Intern, Summer 2025 position.
What You Will Do:
The Digital Design Intern will learn how Disney Theatrical Group creates and uses digital content to support THE LION KING, ALADDIN and BEAUTY AND THE BEAST.
The Digital Design Intern will work closely with the Production Designer and marketing team members to create assets for various platforms (web, mobile, social, email). They will learn how to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels, support the production of visual content for marketing campaigns and promotional materials and participate in the day-to-day workings of the Marketing team.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Genuine interest in the theatre industry
Strong skills Adobe Creative Suite
Interest in digital media and content creation
Creative, collaborative, and positive attitude, with an eagerness to learn
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Basic understanding of motion graphics
Love for Disney properties
Education:
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in graphic design, graphic design, digital design, motion graphics or a related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm EST for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the New York City, New York area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
