Your Role

RPM is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Product Management to lead and mature our product organization. This role is ideal for a leader who has built product functions from the ground up, driven cross-functional initiatives, and delivered scalable, high-impact solutions across global teams.

You’ll bring structure to a team that’s ready for growth—applying your expertise in modern product practices to shape roadmaps, define success metrics, and align product delivery with business value. Your leadership will help embed a true product mindset into the organization.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve product management practices that enable delivery of value-driven software solutions.
  • Lead a team of six product managers, establishing ownership of product strategy, outcomes, and delivery rhythms.
  • Champion Agile methodologies to support product development and ensure responsive execution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and software development teams to define priorities and drive clarity across initiatives.
  • Create a feedback-driven culture focused on continuous improvement, both within the product team and across business units.
  • Embed process knowledge and product thinking throughout the IT organization to ensure alignment and scale.

 

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
  • 10–15+ years of progressive product management experience, including building and leading product teams.
  • Ability to travel: 15–25% international (primarily to Europe)
  • Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle execution in an Agile environment.
  • Experience translating business needs into product outcomes across distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban) and cross-functional delivery models.
  • Strong leadership presence, with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
