Multiple Home Care agencies are seeking Directors of Patient Services to oversee and manage the delivery of high-quality patient care.

The Director of Patient Services will ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while leading and supporting clinical staff in providing exceptional care to clients. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities for Director of Patient Services :

• Oversee the clinical operations of the home care agency, ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
• Supervise and provide guidance to nursing staff and caregivers, including training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Conduct regular audits of clinical records and ensure proper documentation in accordance with regulations.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and handle inspections and audits.
• Ensure timely and appropriate patient assessments, care planning, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operational workflows and improve client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to patient care and agency goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in home care.

Qualification for Director of Patient Services :

• Valid RN license in the state of NY 
• Prior home care experience 
• Experience as a DPS or similar leadership position
