Benefits and Perks Guaranteed hours with Industry leading pay Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Short-term Disability, Life insurance, and Paid Time Off Out of town travel bonus pay   Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards with a focus on quality customer service Operate directional drilling equipment to install underground utilities Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to fulfill project requirements Apply understanding of percentages, avoid existing utilities Identify potential challenges; develop and implement solutions Perform routine checks and maintenance on drilling equipment and tools Operate other equipment as needed Provide support to other construction activities Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum two years of directional drilling experience Ability to read and interpret blue prints General knowledge of construction practices Class A CDL license with acceptable driving record Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas Must be able to lift, push, and carry 50 – 70 pounds Must be able to work in various conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat and cold Additional Requirements: Must be able to work Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 5:00PM; additional work, including on-call, may be required Must be willing to travel as needed (Monday – Friday)   Elite Contracting Group ensures nondiscrimination in all programs and activities in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
