About the Job:

We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join a 5-star rated, top-ranked digital agency in Philadelphia as a Digital Marketing Associate , based in Blue Bell, PA.

This is a full-time opportunity with a rapidly growing, full-service digital performance marketing agency. The agency works with a diverse portfolio, including direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands and both local and national businesses. As part of a small and collaborative team, you'll be involved in multiple facets of the business and must be proactive and client-focused.

Ideal applicants are college graduates with a degree in Marketing or a similar field. 2+ Years experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-performing image and video ad creatives tailored for Paid Digital Ads (Meta & Google) and other digital platforms, with a focus on scaling ad spend through innovative, scroll-stopping content.
  • Leverage a wide range of tools including Adobe Suite, Canva, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini to efficiently produce and iterate high-quality, high-volume creatives and new assets.
  • Ensure all creatives are on-brand, performance-optimized, and message-aligned, continuously refining content based on feedback, testing results, and emerging social media trends.
  • Develop visually engaging social media content for diverse clientele, combining outside-the-box thinking with strategic performance insights to consistently improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns align with strategic goals and execute seamlessly across all phases.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance regularly, providing actionable insights, A/B testing recommendations, and data-driven strategies to enhance results.
  • Translate complex ideas into compelling, value-driven storytelling that resonates with target audiences and supports client objectives.
  • Maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients and team members, addressing feedback promptly and using it to refine strategies and improve overall service quality.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging industry trends such as creatives, advertising platform innovations, competitor ads, industry news, software innovations, digital advertising, and opportunities to leverage AI.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 2+ Years of proven video editing experience, ideally with a variety of different clients
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and/or Final Cut Pro and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, including green screens is a plus
  • Graphic design skills
  • Ability to think critically and logically.
  • Multi-tasker, able to manage, organize, and execute multiple creative projects at the same time.
  • Fast learner and self-starter.
  • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences.
  • Enjoys challenges and has an entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset.
