We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Manager of Digital Design to lead our creative and copywriting team in developing compelling digital assets across an array of platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for digital media, and a strong understanding of user experience principles. They will be responsible for driving the creative vision and direction overseeing the creation of engaging visuals and storytelling that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. How You'll Shine:

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital designers and copywriters supporting the end-to-end creative development of digital marketing campaigns while providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and creativity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Marketing, Data, and Customer Engagement to understand project requirements and ensure creative solutions meet business goals.
  • Conceptualize and execute digital design projects, including social media content, email campaigns, digital advertising, and web content.
  • Develop design concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate ideas and solicit feedback from stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and leading practices in digital design and user experience to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Travel Requirements:

<10% travel is required for this position.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Robust understanding of user-centered design principles, usability leading practices, and responsive design techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize creative design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms and paid media channels (e.g, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Meta, Criteo, Google Ads, Bing, etc.) and aptitude for learning new platforms.
  • Familiarity with front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various platforms.
  • Previous experience (3+ years) in a leadership or management role, with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Experience working within travel and hospitality, a plus.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
