Job Summary:

1. Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department; supports payroll functions, schedules appointments/interviews; logs and tracks applicants; helps with recruitment; assists in new hire orientations, acts as liaison with union and Home Office, Processes invoices; Maintains HR files; Special Projects as assigned. Duties include but not limited to data entry, file maintenance, translation, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Strong written/verbal communication skills.
2. Prior Human Resources experience.
3. 1-3 yrs. administrative/business experience.
4. Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask.
5. Ability to prioritize.
6. Demonstrated ability to respond/work effectively in rapidly changing environment.
7. Able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
8. Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)

starting rate is $23.00/hr
