We are seeking an experienced professional who will work closely with global business units to transition manual project management and operational processes into streamlined, digital solutions using Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI. This role will be essential in enabling process automation, visibility through analytics, and actionable dashboards that support our Factory of the Future (FoTF) transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build intuitive business processes and workflows that address operational needs, leveraging Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and site leads to understand manual processes and translate them into digital solutions that improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Develop and deliver Power BI dashboards and visual tools that support KPI tracking, operational excellence, and performance management.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of process and analytics solutions — from business requirement gathering to solution deployment and training.
  • Engage directly with global business stakeholders, helping them adopt and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs, driving adoption and sustained value.
  • Develop streamlined, automated reporting and project management tools to replace fragmented manual processes.
  • Support and enhance existing tools and dashboards, ensuring continuous improvement based on user feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Power BI (building advanced dashboards, data modeling).
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps (process digitization, workflow creation).
  • Strong experience with SharePoint as a platform for document and process management.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement business processes, flows, and analytics solutions.
  • Excellent business engagement and communication skills — ability to work globally and collaborate with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Project management and delivery experience, ensuring solutions are rolled out efficiently and meet business needs.
  • Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 tools to enhance automation.
