Job Description

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization s security protocols to protect sensitive information from cyber threats. This role involves working collaboratively with various departments to ensure that security measures are embedded in every aspect of operations.

• Design, implement, and manage robust security architectures and frameworks.
• Monitor network traffic for security incidents and respond quickly and effectively to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, audits, and penetration testing to identify potential risks.
• Configure and maintain security tools such as firewalls, anti-virus software, encryption programs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Perform threat analysis and create strategies to counter identified threats.
• Develop, review, and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Engage in incident response activities, including detection, response, containment, and remediation.
• Continuously evaluate emerging security trends and integrate relevant ones into the organization's security program.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on security best practices and policies.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve security issues and implement solutions.
• Act as a liaison with law enforcement and other advisory bodies as necessary.
