You'll ensure no inquiry gets lost in the shuffle and help maintain our standard of responsiveness and reliability. While this role is primarily phone-focused, it serves a vital administrative function in supporting the overall customer and internal team experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage all incoming calls across the company

  • Listen carefully to understand the customer's needs and determine the best internal contact or department to route the call

  • Use internal directories, call lists, and software systems to ensure accurate routing and handoffs

  • Take messages or log call details for follow-up when the correct contact is unavailable

  • Maintain a calm, friendly, and professional tone in all interactions

  • Act as a friendly front door to the company, helping callers feel heard and supported

  • Occasionally assist with minor admin tasks related to call logs or team coordination (as time allows)

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support preferred

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

  • Strong ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure

  • Comfortable using phone systems and basic computer tools

  • Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

  • Reliable and punctual with a commitment to consistent call coverage
