You’ve worked on and developed the identity of notable brands, and have the ability to conjure up beautiful, original ideas from thin air. You’re a leader with an incredible eye and a gift for delighting viewers, but you’re also pragmatic–you excel at communicating ideas, understanding business needs and getting the job efficiently and smoothly.

  • Develop process for and manage creative briefs and creative reviews, to ensure specs are clearly defined, and to ensure that deliverables meet expectations
  • Oversee budgets for external resources, track costs against deliverables and allocate resources effectively
  • Define best practices to optimize production pipeline and manage asset workflow across multiple high-priority projects
  • Collaborate across multiple marketing departments - community/social, paid media, faith and partnerships, film and series and PR/comms, listening to needs and requirements, offering inspiration and delivering creative output that elevates the brand

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has 8+ years of creative experience in advertising or marketing for streaming, film, TV or other enterprise-level content production/distribution, and 4+ years of creative team leadership experience with management responsibilities

  • Has extensive experience leading creative work (design, copywriting, video production)
  • Is a brilliant storyteller, able to conceive great ideas, as well as to inspire and influence others to produce their best work
  • Is an expert with enterprise-level creative tools
  • Is resilient and positive - you understand that high-growth environments mean a lot of change, and that’s where you thrive
  • Is highly organized with strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, and manage timelines and resources effectively
  • Is strategic and forward-thinking with the ability to synthesize ideas and trends to develop fresh, compelling, creative solutions
  • Will have a portfolio available upon request
