CPA/Staff Accountant
COMPANY PROFILE:
Located in the Yankton, South Dakota area; our client has a team made up of exceptionally skilled professionals who work hard to ensure their client’s success.
WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU
- $75,000 -$100,000
- $25,000 - $30,000 Bonuses
- 3% Simple Plan Matching
- Paid Vacation, Holidays, Sick Leave
- Flex Schedule – in off tax season
- Some remote work opportunities – not full time remote.
- Company paid Continuing Education.
- After 1 year, can partake in a destination trip after tax season paid by office.
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Prepare income tax returns.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Supervise support staff.
- Review payroll reports.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE
• Income tax preparation experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in non-profit accounting – preferred, not required.
• Self-Motivated, Strong Work Ethic and Positive Attitude.
• CPA Certification.
