Job Description

The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing the lifecycle of construction contracts related to asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and related infrastructure projects. This position ensures contract compliance, supports project execution, and serves as a key liaison between field operations, clients, and subcontractors. * This is an in-person position based in our Pittsburgh, PA office. Responsibilities:

• Review, administer, and organize construction contracts, permits, and change orders for paving and concrete projects.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and external legal counsel to manage contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate records of contract documents, permits, and lien waivers.
• Monitor contract compliance and subcontractor performance related to the scope, schedule, and quality of concrete and paving work.
• Support change management processes by coordinating and documenting changes in scope, time, or cost.
• Monitor and update subcontractor master service agreements, Form W-9’s and certificates of insurance to ensure compliance with regulations and insurance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency (or willing to learn) in Oracle NetSuite and other technologies as necessary.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
