The BCBA is a licensed and certified behavioral health professional responsible for the oversight, development, implementation, and evaluation of ABA-based treatment plans. The BCBA leads interdisciplinary collaboration, supervises clinical staff, and ensures ethical and evidence-based practices. This role requires a high level of clinical independence, professional judgment, and a proactive approach to client care and outcomes.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
State licensure (if applicable).
Demonstrated experience supervising clinical staff and managing caseloads.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
