What We Offer:
Generous Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year + Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance!

What You'll Do:
As Clinic Director, your role will be a blend of clinical work (with an agreed-upon caseload) and clinic administrative management.
Address and resolve escalated parent concerns.
Ensure BCBAs have the tools and training they need to succeed.
Maintain organized records and archives.
Ensure supervision and program management meet company and professional standards.
Create client therapy schedules.
Manage client intake based on capacity and "right fit" protocols.
Onboard new clients efficiently.
Participate in hiring and training BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.
Attend and/or lead required meetings.
Facilitate parent/caregiver training.
Analyze progress data, modify treatment plans, and update client goals.
Handle additional duties and projects as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
Active and in good standing BCBA and LBA credentials.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA (5 years preferred, with 2 years in a supervisory role).
Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs.
Strong communication, planning, time management, and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Physical ability to work on the floor with children during therapy (sit, stand, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs.).
Ability to use computers and tablets for extended periods.
Access to reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and ability to pass a background check.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
