What You'll Do:
Lead with Vision: Oversee the clinical and administrative operations of our new Plano clinic.
Provide Expert Clinical Guidance: Maintain a clinical caseload while ensuring the highest standards of ABA therapy.
Empower Your Team: Supervise BCBAs and Behavior Technicians, providing mentorship and support.
Foster Parent Collaboration: Facilitate parent/caregiver training, empowering families to support their children's progress.
Ensure Quality Care: Analyze progress data, modify treatment plans, and update client goals to maximize outcomes.
Drive Clinic Success: Manage client onboarding, scheduling, and ensure efficient clinic operations.
Build a Strong Team: Participate in hiring and training new BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.
Champion Best Practices: Verify that supervision and program management adhere to BACB standards.
Resolve Challenges: Address and resolve escalated parental concerns with professionalism and care.

What We're Looking For:
Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and LBA credential in good standing.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA (5 years total preferred, with 2 years in a supervisory role).
Skills: Strong communication, planning, time management, and leadership skills.
Abilities: Ability to work on the floor with children, use computers and tablets, and travel as needed.
Qualities: Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
