About the Role:
As Clinic Director, you'll have a unique blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities. You'll maintain a clinical caseload (as agreed upon) while dedicating the rest of your time to clinic management and leadership activities. You'll empower your team to provide the highest quality of care, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive.

12 CEUs per year through monthly leadership meetings.

What You'll Do:
Address and resolve escalated parental concerns.
Ensure BCBAs have the necessary tools and training.
Maintain organized records and archives.
Verify that supervision and program management meet company and professional standards.
Assist in creating the client therapy master schedule.
Manage client intake based on "right fit" protocols.
Prioritize the onboarding of new clients.
Participate in hiring and training new BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.
Attend and/or lead required meetings.
Facilitate parent/caregiver training.
Analyze progress data, modify treatment plans, and update client goals.
Additional duties/projects as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
Must maintain BCBA and LBA credentials in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA required; 5 years total experience with 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs.
Strong communication, planning, time management, and leadership skills.
Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Physically able to work on the floor with children (sit, stand, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs.).
Able to use computers and tablets for extended periods.
Access to reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and ability to pass a background check.
