About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic associate to join our team of talented financial advisory, valuation professionals, and engineers. As an Implementation SpecialistCustomerClient Success Manager at 73 Strings, you will play a crucial role in the portfolio monitoring and valuation aspects, contributing to the development of products that leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver innovative solutions for the financial services industry. You will work with some of the largest private market firms independently, exploring uncharted territories at the intersection of AI and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the overall relationship owner for each client.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure clients are leveraging our software to its full potential.
  • Advocate for clients’ needs and requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality, client-facing materials that facilitate understanding of complex project requirements.
  • Develop, refine, and train the team on best practices, helping create and maintain essential onboarding artifacts to drive successful client outcomes.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Map the client journey to understand and enhance the client experience.
  • Monitor customerclient health and engagement levels to proactively address potential issues.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies with client insights.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on client input and usage patterns.
  • Develop success plans for clients to achieve their goals with our platform.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or post-graduate qualification with a minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in a professional services environment within financial services, private equity, investment banking, fintech, or similar sectors.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, with a proven track record of independently managing complex client projects is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking and time management skills.
  • Understanding of various Private Equity and Private Credit valuation methodologies and approaches is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn, grow, and consistently exceed objectives.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Knowledge of MS Office with exceptional MS Excel skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
