Role snapshot

• Primary focus: precision assembly and processing of quartz crystal resonators in a cleanroom.
• Tools: microscope, tweezers, and SOPs to guide every step.
• Output: flawless parts carefully transferred to trays without loss or damage.
• Teamwork: collaborate to hit production targets while maintaining top-tier quality.

Core responsibilities

• Execute sequential manufacturing steps for quartz crystal resonators.
• Perform micro-handling and assembly under magnification.
• Adhere to SOPs to maintain process control and product consistency.
• Stage, organize, and load finished units onto trays with exactness.
• Communicate effectively with team members to keep workflow smooth.

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, including addition and subtraction.
• Steady manual dexterity and excellent hand–eye coordination.
• Strong attention to detail; quality and accuracy are non-negotiable.
• Comfort communicating verbally in a production environment.
• Team-oriented with willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred

• Technical school training.
• Background handling delicate items (e.g., watch crystals or diamond jewelry).
