- Tools: microscope, tweezers, and SOPs to guide every step.
- Output: flawless parts carefully transferred to trays without loss or damage.
- Teamwork: collaborate to hit production targets while maintaining top-tier quality.
Core responsibilities
- Execute sequential manufacturing steps for quartz crystal resonators.
- Perform micro-handling and assembly under magnification.
- Adhere to SOPs to maintain process control and product consistency.
- Stage, organize, and load finished units onto trays with exactness.
- Communicate effectively with team members to keep workflow smooth.
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills, including addition and subtraction.
- Steady manual dexterity and excellent hand–eye coordination.
- Strong attention to detail; quality and accuracy are non-negotiable.
- Comfort communicating verbally in a production environment.
- Team-oriented with willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred
- Technical school training.
- Background handling delicate items (e.g., watch crystals or diamond jewelry).
