**Job Title: Production Line Worker** **Job Description** The Assembly Associate is responsible for assembling kitchen cabinets using air tools and hand tools. This role involves trimming and gluing joints, fitting parts together to form sections of cabinets, assembling sections to form completed cabinets, fitting hinges, locks, catches, drawers, and shelves, installing completed products, and performing other job-related duties as assigned. **Responsibilities** + Assemble kitchen cabinets using air tools and hand tools. + Trim and glue joints to fit parts together for cabinet sections. + Assemble sections to form completed cabinets. + Fit hinges, locks, catches, drawers, and shelves. + Install completed products. + Perform other job-related duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift up to 40lbs. + Proficiency in performing metric measurements with tape and calipers. + Ability to comprehend and follow instructions. + Capacity to work independently and as part of a team. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. + Skill in assessing and prioritizing tasks. + Ability to read and understand drawings. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production, general labor, inspection, assembly, forklift operation, general production, packaging, and heavy lifting. + Skills in assembly, woodworking, hand tools, packing, carpentry, and power tools. + Ability to recognize and identify letter and number combinations. + Proficiency in working closely with others or in a team environment. + Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with benefits that include medical and vision coverage, sick time, and vacation time. Essential physical tasks include consistently lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling weights between 25lbs to 50lbs, occasionally carrying up to 25lbs, constantly standing, and occasionally walking, bending, and twisting. Communication abilities such as talking and hearing are required, along with specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Equipment used includes staple guns, drills, hammers, spatulas, tweezers, and scan guns. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
