Duration: FTE Location: MN-Inver Grove Heights, 100% Remote

Crew business analysis associates help determine business and technology needs, design solutions, improve processes, and represent stakeholders in project efforts.
Responsibilities - Serve as a business analyst on the shipping, receiving, and blending software product team
- Deliver value through software solutions and coordinate with vendors at times to meet business obligations and goals
- Work closely with systems engineer and platform manager
- Translate business problems into technical solutions coupled with needed documentation
Qualifications - 3 years of experience in Junior Business Analyst Role
- Ability to clearly document technical/business processes within a program/integration
- Ability to work/speak with end users to understand business problem/solution and document
- Ability to manage/drive multiple projects at the same time
- Keen sense of urgency
- Organized approach to dealing with multiple software initiatives
- Ability to lead/solution/gather requirements in a group setting with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to communicate up, down, and across reporting chains
- Passion to help operations with use of IT
- Passion to contribute as a team member rather than sole contributor
- Soft Skills with customers, vendors, and co-workers
- Comfortable and confident speaking in small groups
- Classically trained on how to document requirements and user stories
- Worked for a software product manager prior and understand the different aspects of keeping a software product running for a group of customers
Preferred Qualifications - Prior Experience with Azure Dev Ops is a plus
- Understanding on how to access servers through RDP and Bomgar/equivalent is a plus
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
