How you will make an impact: 

As a Building Services Technician III, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment by performing a variety of installation and repair activities across skill areas such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. Utilizing specialized skills, this building services technician III will ensure that all tasks are carried out in strict compliance with Lutheran Life Communities' methods, procedures, and safety standards, as well as Federal and State regulations. The building services technician III expertise not only ensures the smooth operation of critical systems but also enhances the quality of life for residents and staff by providing reliable and well-maintained community.

Schedule : This position is full-time Monday-Friday daytime hours with some holidays and weekends

What you will need: 

• 2 years of technical or trade school or 5 years of related experience required
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
• EPA, Engineering license is a plus
