We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Brand Sales Manager to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and sales channels. As a Brand Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a sales team, utilizing salesforce.com to track and analyze sales performance, and developing strategies to drive brand sales.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  
• Utilize sales analytics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive brand sales
  
• Coach and mentor sales representatives to enhance their sales skills and performance
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts
  
• Utilize salesforce.com to track and analyze sales performance and customer interactions
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales channels and partners
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  
• 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
  
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Proficiency in salesforce.com or similar CRM software
  
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities
  
• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities
  
• Strong understanding of sales channels and distribution strategies
  

Salary: $50,000-72,000
