Gain a deep understanding of local market culture and trends, and creatively transform headquarters marketing strategies. Plan and produce highly localized and resonant marketing content (social media, advertising, in store promotion). -Full cycle management of new store marketing: Before opening: Plan social media/community warm-up activities (suspense revealed, appointment made) to accurately attract customers. Opening period: Integrate KOLs, limited time discounts, interactive experiences, and create regional hotspots. After opening: Plan monthly themes/activities (festivals, new products, members) to enhance repeat purchase stickiness. -Digital Marketing and Optimization: Responsible for content planning and operation of local social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, etc.). Implement precise advertising placement to enhance brand awareness and in store conversion. Analyze data (traffic, interaction, sales), optimize strategies to enhance ROI. -Local resource integration: Expand and manage local partners (suppliers, KOLs, media, event organizers). Coordinate the production, implementation, and media exposure of local promotional materials. -Public opinion risk control: Monitor local platform evaluations, respond quickly and professionally to feedback, and maintain brand image. Identify potential cultural risks and provide prevention recommendations.
