Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Mentor and supervise a team of behavior technicians.
- Parent training; collaborating with parents in ABA techniques.
- Supervise ABA programs in home, community settings and daycares.
- Review session notes and data from Behavior Technicians to monitor client progress and BT performance.
BCBA Qualifications:
- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) in Pennsylvania.
- Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or related fields.
- Access to reliable transportation.
