Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Mentor and supervise a team of behavior technicians.
  • Parent training; collaborating with parents in ABA techniques.
  • Supervise ABA programs in home, community settings and daycares.
  • Review session notes and data from Behavior Technicians to monitor client progress and BT performance.


BCBA Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) in Pennsylvania.
  • Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or related fields.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
