Job Title: Bartender - Ash
Location: Tampa, FL
We are looking for a Bartender to join the Ash team! The ideal person would be well-versed in the classics and interested in working with our Beverage Director to create offerings that match our innovative food menus. This position would include following recipes to create consistent cocktail ingredients and garnishes, and during open hours would involve running the service well in addition to serving guests dining at the seated bar. This candidate needs to have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to take direction. Basic knowledge of bartending a must, fine dining experience a plus.
Bartenders are paid Florida minimum serving wage and part of the house tip pool. We are currently open 7 days a week from 11am till 11pm. We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, as well as New Year's day. Restaurant group also provides 50% off employee discounts at all Proper House group restaurants, and an opportunity to join a wellness program with access to a general practitioner.
