A reputable law firm is seeking a Senior Associate for its Insurance Coverage Litigation team, with 3–10 years of experience, to join the Philadelphia, PA office. This role involves representing and advising various insurers on coverage types such as commercial general liability, commercial auto, personal umbrella, freight forwarder, and professional liability policies.

The Insurance Practice team advises insurers nationwide on complex coverage and bad faith litigation, along with challenging coverage issues. With deep expertise in general liability, construction defect, environmental, errors & omissions, and directors & officers policies, the team also guides insurers on drafting policy provisions to align with evolving legal standards.

Qualifications:

• Motivated to join a busy national practice and take initiative
• Comfortable managing responsibilities within a large, collaborative team
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Solid academic credentials
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Pennsylvania
