We are seeking candidates for an Assistant Property Manager to support two properties in Cambridge's Kendall Square, totaling 80 units of affordable and market rate housing. Under the direction of the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the properties, including marketing and leasing open units, waitlist management, recertifications, compliance, rent collection, processing invoices, vendor management, budgeting, financial reporting, and managing resident relations.
