Under the direction of the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the properties, including marketing and leasing open units, waitlist management, recertifications, compliance, rent collection, processing invoices, vendor management, budgeting, financial reporting, and managing resident relations.
