Assistant Property Manager – Immediate Openings

Apartner is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team at a multifamily community. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth property operations and delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Position Details:

• Location: Onsite at a multifamily community
• Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with occasional weekends
• Schedule: Must be willing to work one weekend per month

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily property management operations, ensuring efficient workflow
• Manage leasing inquiries and applications using industry software
• Provide high-quality customer service to residents and prospects
• Oversee rent collection, lease renewals, and resident relations
• Support the Property Manager with maintenance requests and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management is required
• Familiarity with industry software is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Reliability and strong organizational skills
