Job Description

This hybrid role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate finance at a leading publicly traded REIT. This individual will be a part of a high caliber team and will work closely with leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and will provide critical analytical support across finance, development/redevelopment, capital planning, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for corporate and property-level finance
  • Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and capital allocation
  • Prepare deliverables for quarterly earnings calls, including Q&A preparation and investor relations support
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in connection with management of development, redevelopment, tenant improvement and capital expenditure projects and tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Accounting, Portfolio Management, and Investments to provide financial analysis and support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in models, reports, and analysis to support sound business decisions
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ year of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, real estate finance, or a related field
  • Advanced in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data and present findings
  • Experience with financial reporting and analyzing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows
  • Local candidates only
Preferred:
  • Experience in real estate investment trusts (REITs) or commercial real estate finance
  • Knowledge of financial reporting systems (e.g., MRI, Yardi, PowerBI)
  • Familiarity with real estate finance concepts, capital allocation, and development / redevelopment processes
  • Competitive benefit package and pay rate commensurate with experience: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, plus generous cash incentives
