*This role requires the P&C State license, if you do currently hold the State license, you must be willing to obtain.

Duties

• Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new opportunities through different channels, referrals, events, warm leads.
  
• Possess the ability to update and educate your customers on the various insurance options that will best fit their unique needs.
  
• Maintain the necessary skillset to cross-sell and upsell insurance services that best maximize your customer’s lifestyle.
  
• Handle any/all necessary insurance policy related tasks, including, but not limited to collecting payments, identifying claim errors, update all necessary policy changes.
  
• Play a pivotal role in helping clients and their families protect their most important possessions.
  
• Stay up to date on industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service-related roles, preferably in insurance sales or related fields.
  
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences both via phone and in person.
  
• Familiarity with sales techniques and outside sales strategies is desirable.
  
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective sales administration.
  
• A proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and driving results.
  
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  
• State Insurance License is a plus or must be willing to obtain required licensures.
  
• P&CP aids with the required licensures along with guaranteed job placement.
