Job Description
The HT Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a client based in Beaumont, Texas. This is primarily a
temporary position. Candidates who are able to work both day and night shifts may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent role. For those available for day shifts only , the assignment is expected to last approximately 2 months , with the possiblity to extend. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM . The pay rate is $18–$20 per hour , depending on experience. Responsibilities: - File documents and maintain organized files
- Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle paperwork and assist with documentation
- Scan, upload, and archive documents as needed
- Perform accurate data entry
- Assist with processing invoices
- Support the issuance of purchase orders
- Additional administrative task as assigned by management
Requirements: - Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
