• Process and post tenant payments using Yardi.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Generate reports and assist with month-end processes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, specifically with residential properties.
• Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Excel.
