**Position Overview:**
As a Security Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing security services and operational functions for an assigned account. Your role will include ensuring excellent client service, resolving issues, enhancing service offerings, fostering new business opportunities, improving operational efficiency, preparing post orders, handling staffing and scheduling, supervising teams, and providing necessary training.

**Job Responsibilities:**
1. Serve as the main client contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service, evaluate service quality, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
2. Regularly meet with client representatives to provide updates, address issues, negotiate contracts, support security planning, conduct assessments, and review/update post orders.
3. Work with Area management to recruit, select, orient, train, develop, and retain top-tier staff. Ensure fair treatment of employees and supervise, coach, and discipline them when required.
4. Demonstrate expertise in Emergency Management, report writing, and patrol strategies. Train, develop, and implement these processes.
5. Assist in budgeting and financial management for the assigned account.
6. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Educate staff on compliance requirements and ensure all relevant standards are met.
7. Authorize necessary expenditures for equipment, supplies, and vehicles, and ensure their maintenance. Manage inventory for uniforms, radios, and other essential equipment. Maintain accurate payroll records.
8. Coordinate staffing schedules, ensuring client needs are met while controlling labor costs. Conduct regular site inspections and review Security Officer reports to ensure adherence to post orders.
9. Contribute to company initiatives and support the resolution of legal, financial, human resource, and administrative issues.
10. Foster teamwork and support the implementation of progressive changes.
**Education/Experience:**
+ Associate's degree and 3+ years of experience in security or business management, or equivalent experience.
+ ASIS Certification preferred.
**Key Competencies:**
+ Strong understanding of security operations and business management.
+ Knowledge of human resources administration and business operations.
+ Proficiency in PC use, spreadsheets, and business/financial data analysis.
+ Excellent planning, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
+ Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact effectively across diverse cultures.
+ Proven ability to manage large teams, set clear expectations, and hold individuals accountable to performance standards.
+ Ability to lead teams, facilitate change, and take initiative to achieve results.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changes in the environment.
**Compensation:**
+ Salary: $90k - $100k annually
+ Pay Frequency: Weekly
